This Privacy Policy describes how Gleegleam ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles your information when you use our mobile application. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information Collection and Use
To provide a synchronized experience across your devices, we collect the following personal data via our backend provider, Supabase:

Authentication Data:
When you sign up or log in, we collect your email address and basic profile information provided by Apple, Google, or Facebook.

Unique Identifiers:
We assign a unique User ID (UUID) to your account to manage your data and preferences.

Subscription Data:
We use Apple In-App Purchases to manage premium subscriptions. While we do not process or store your financial details, we retain transaction receipts and expiration dates to provide access to paid features.
3. Third-Party Services
We share information with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the app:

Identity Providers:
Apple, Google, and Facebook (for secure authentication).

Supabase (for database storage and encrypted authentication).

Apple (for processing all financial transactions).
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We value your control over your data. We provide two distinct options within the App Settings:

Log Out:
This ends your current session on the device but preserves your data in our secure database for future access.

Delete Account:
Located at the bottom of the Settings menu, this action is permanent. Initiating an account deletion will trigger a process to erase your personal profile, authentication records, and associated data from our database in compliance with Apple's App Store guidelines.

Facebook Data Deletion Instructions:
To stop Gleegleam from accessing your Facebook data, you can remove our app via your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.

Permanent Data Deletion:
If you would like us to permanently delete all data associated with your account from our private servers, please email us at gleegleam.store@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days.
5. Children's Privacy
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date."
