Delete Specific Data
You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific content. Here's how to delete just the data you choose.
This page is for removing individual pieces of content while keeping your account. To delete your account and everything in it, see Delete Your Account instead.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest, immediate)
From within Gleegleam, you can delete each of these on its own, without affecting anything else in your account:
- A journal entry — open it and delete it. This removes the entry along with any photos and comments on it. If it was shared to a Circle, it's removed for other members too.
- A goal — delete it from your Goals list.
- A comment — delete any comment you wrote.
- Your profile photo or a circle photo you uploaded — replace or remove it from Settings or the relevant Circle's settings.
Option 2 — Without the app, or for anything not listed above
Email support@gleegleam.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", describing exactly what you'd like removed (e.g. a specific journal entry, photo, or comment). We'll verify it's yours and process the request within 30 days. This does not delete your account or profile — only the content you specify.
